NEWS FROM BSNLEU SITE
04.04.2012:Suggestion to break the JTO LICE stalemate
BSNLEU is taking all out efforts to ensure that the JTO LICE is held early, so that thousands of DR TTAs will get benefited. But unfortunately, due to unnecessary court cases the JTO LICE is getting horribly delayed. Similarly, BSNLEU has taken steps to settle the problem of officiating JTOs. But their problem also could not be solved due to court case. Court cases are the stumbling-block in the career progression of both the DR TTAs and officiating JTOs today. Hence, Com. P. Abhimanyu, GS, BSNLEU, has suggested to Com. Dharmendra Verma, GS, SNATTA and to Com. N. Kabeer Das, GS, JTO[O] Association, BSNL, India, that both sides could sit and discuss the matter, so that the court cases could be withdrawn. Com. P. Abhimanyu, GS, has pointed out that only such an exercise will help thousands of employees who are unnecessarily suffering now. Both sides have agreed to consider the suggestion. We hope the stalemate will break soon.
